We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, just a short 10-minute walk away from the main tourist attraction. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us directions and helping us plan our visit. We also appreciated the various amenities available, such as the free Wi-Fi and the room service. we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.
There really wasn't anything negative to say about this place. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I appreciated the gluten-free alternative they provided with fresh bread rolls and accompaniments for snacks throughout the day. It was great that there was no extra charge for this, as gluten-free options can often be quite costly.
Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was also clean, and the shower had good water pressure.

The room I booked was well airconditioned and cool with a fridge as well as TV as expected. The staff was amazingly helpful, best, and everything was excellent. The location was ideal, at a short distance from Piazza del Duomo.

The hotel offered free parking, a huge plus for us. It saved us the hassle and expense of finding parking elsewhere. the location was fantastic for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of key attractions, making it convenient for us to explore and immerse ourselves in the local culture.
The decor felt a bit outdated, and the overall ambiance was not as modern as we had hoped. the service was not the best.
