Grand Hotel Bonanno Pisa

The hotel provided a delicious and filling breakfast, perfect for starting our day as business travelers. The air conditioning was a great relief after a hot day, and the central location allowed us to explore the city easily. The staff were not only helpful but also charming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Overall exceptionally clean property, it had great staff and location. The room met requirements, neat with two beds. The staff were in the reception desk and provided a smooth check-in.

The hotel offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. I appreciated the gluten-free alternative they provided with fresh bread rolls and accompaniments for snacks throughout the day. It was great that there was no extra charge for this, as gluten-free options can often be quite costly.

Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was also clean, and the shower had good water pressure.

The room I booked was well airconditioned and cool with a fridge as well as TV as expected. The staff was amazingly helpful, best, and everything was excellent. The location was ideal, at a short distance from Piazza del Duomo.

The hotel offered free parking, a huge plus for us. It saved us the hassle and expense of finding parking elsewhere. the location was fantastic for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of key attractions, making it convenient for us to explore and immerse ourselves in the local culture.
